How to order

HOW TO ORDER

  1. ORDER THROUGH OUR ONLINE SHOP. Note: ORDER only when you are sure since our reservation is good for 24hours only
  2. PAYMENT. You can pay in your nearest BDO / PALAWAN / CEBUANA BRANCHES. Proof of payment must be sent within the 24 hours limit. If you need more time, please don’t hesitate to send us a Text/SMS or viber message at 09997947032 or email us at info.hollermall@gmail.com
  3. Order processing is from Monday to Saturday only, orders made after the cut off on a saturday will be processed on Monday the following week
  4. Once payment has been received, we will ship your orders the following day (except Sundays and Holidays)
  5. SHIPPING. We will inform you once your item has been shipped together with the tracking number of your delivery.

     

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

    We only do returns and exchange via physical shop only. All items should be in good and sale-able condition, this means without any scent of perfume, stain marks and etc. Returns and exchange is within 7 days upon delivery only. 

    What are the allowed items for returns and exchange?

    • Damaged items (must have proof such as pictures taken after opening/inspecting the package)
